Care Instructions for Your Merino & Cashmere Sweater

To maintain the luxurious softness and shape of your sweater, please follow these care instructions. Proper care will also help minimize initial shedding and pilling.

Washing

Hand Washing is Recommended Before Wear:

1. Prepare: Fill a clean basin or sink with cool water. Add a small amount of a gentle detergent specifically for wool or delicates.
2. Soak: Submerge the sweater and let it soak for no more than 20 minutes. Gently swish it around to loosen any dirt.
3. Rinse: Drain the soapy water and rinse the sweater under cool, running water until all the soap is gone. Do not wring or twist the sweater.
4. Remove Water: Gently press or squeeze the water out of the garment. Then, lay it flat on a clean, dry towel and roll the towel and sweater up to absorb excess moisture.

Drying

• Dry Flat: Unroll the towel and lay the sweater on a fresh, dry towel or a mesh drying rack.
• Reshape: Gently reshape it to its original form, smoothing out any wrinkles.
• Air Dry: Allow it to air dry completely. Do not hang it up, as this will cause it to stretch and lose its shape.

Pilling & Maintenance

• Initial Pilling is Normal: It is completely normal for a new sweater made from fine, soft fibers to shed and pill slightly during the first few wears. This is a natural process as the excess fibers work their way to the surface.
• Use your free Comb: To remove any pills, gently glide your complimentary cashmere comb over the affected areas. This will not harm the garment.
• Storage: When not in use, fold your sweater neatly. Avoid hanging it on a hanger to prevent stretching.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
